Appointments

Office hours are by appointment only as arranged with the Counselor. It is the responsibility of the Counselor to prescribe length and frequency of scheduled appointments they consider best for each client.

The recommendation to the client that they be seen alone, with spouse, family or in a group, is based upon the best professional opinion for achieving the results desired. The client should feel free to suggest, at any time, more or fewer appointments, or a different approach.

When an appointment has been scheduled, this time is specifically reserved for the client. Therefore, cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible to allow that time to be used for others waiting for an appointment.

Unless previous arrangements are made with our Counselor, appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged to the client.

The founder and Executive Director, Dr. Dean Haddock, is popular for his compassionate counseling with individuals, families, children, and couples. His seminars are well attended and enjoyed by all ages. Many know him for his daily radio show on AM 1560 KNZR ‘Living Right and Free with Dr. Dean Haddock’, understanding articles in the Bakersfield Californian newspaper, and interviews on local television.

Dr. Haddock’s Clinical Director, Richard Eastin, MFT, has worked with Dr. Haddock since their meeting at Biola University. He is a well-respected Christian Marriage and Family Therapist with specialties in Neuro-feedback, ADHD assessment and treatment, domestic abuse counseling, and Marriage Covenant Therapy.
