Approach to Counseling

From infancy on we are all faced with frustrations in our physical and emotional lives. These frustrations often cause inner conflicts and build barriers in our relationships with other people. Just as physical problems require medical attention, people with personal problems and conflicts often need the help of trained professionals.

Dr. Dean Haddock founded Community Counseling and Psychological Services in 1979 which is an out-patient psychological office providing a broad range of professional services to promote personal growth and maturity. In-patient treatment is available through various local psychiatric hospitals.

To aid people in the growth process, Dr. Haddock’s staff looks at all problems from a conservative perspective with a responsible blend of traditional counseling techniques. Our services are not discriminatory and are provided without regard to race, sex or religious orientation.
